Since 1986
The Pinnacle of Superyacht Sailing
Born on Nantucket Sound in 1986 when seven superyachts raced on a hastily prepared course, the Bucket has grown into the world's most prestigious superyacht sailing regatta. Since moving to Saint-Barthélemy in 1995, the event has become synonymous with Caribbean luxury, competitive sailing, and legendary hospitality.
The 2026 Bucket features 34 of the world's most magnificent sailing superyachts — from classic schooners to cutting-edge performance machines — competing in eight classes over three days of racing in the warm Caribbean trade winds. Registration has already surpassed previous years, confirming the Bucket's enduring appeal.
For charter guests, the Bucket offers an unparalleled spectacle. Watch from your motor yacht's sundeck as these majestic vessels race around the island, then join the legendary social events that make the Bucket the most coveted invitation in the sailing world. Bluebnc's Caribbean team arranges everything from yacht selection to VIP event access and post-regatta itineraries.
