How many guests can we host on a yacht for a corporate event?

This depends on the yacht and the type of event. For a cruising charter, the guest count is typically limited to 12. For a static (in-port) charter, many yachts can host 50-100+ guests for a reception. We will find the right yacht for your specific group size.

Can we have our company branding on the yacht?

Absolutely. We can arrange for extensive branding, including custom flags, banners, cushions, and even hull wraps, to create a fully immersive brand experience, subject to the yacht owner's approval.

What kind of AV equipment is available?

Most modern superyachts have excellent built-in sound systems and screens. For more complex requirements, such as presentation switchers, microphones, or staging, we work with specialist suppliers to install any necessary equipment for your event.

Is high-speed internet available for presentations and meetings?

Yes, most charter yachts are equipped with VSAT satellite internet. While it can be very effective, speeds can vary by location. For mission-critical connectivity, we can arrange for dedicated bandwidth or land-based solutions when in port.

How is catering managed for a large group on a static charter?

For large events, the yacht's galley team is often supplemented by professional onshore caterers. This ensures a high standard of food and service, regardless of guest numbers. We manage all the coordination for you.

What happens in case of bad weather?

The captain always prioritizes safety. For a cruising charter, the itinerary can be adjusted to find sheltered waters. For a static charter, the event can almost always proceed as planned, as the yacht remains safely moored in the marina.

Are corporate yacht charters tax-deductible?

In many cases, yes. If the charter is a legitimate business expense for an event like a board meeting or client entertainment, it can often be deducted. However, regulations vary significantly by country, so you must consult with your tax advisor.
