These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bluecharter website and services operated by Bluebnc INC.
Services
Bluecharter provides a platform for luxury yacht charter inquiries and bookings. All charter agreements are subject to the MYBA standard charter contract and the specific terms agreed between the charterer and yacht owner.
Charter Agreements
Charter agreements are between the charterer and the yacht owner. Bluebnc INC acts as a broker facilitating the charter arrangement. All charters are governed by the MYBA E-Contract standard.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are indicative and subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed in the charter agreement. Prices do not include the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) unless otherwise stated.
Insurance
All charter operations facilitated through Bluecharter are insured by Lloyd's of London. Additional travel insurance is recommended for all charterers.
Limitation of Liability
Bluebnc INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
