Day by day

  1. Day 1: Tortola — Setting Sail

    Tortola

Morning: Board at Village Cay Marina in Road Town. Welcome rum punch and captain's briefing.

Afternoon: Cruise to Brewer's Bay for a first swim. Snorkel the reef and spot sea turtles.

Evening: Dinner aboard anchored in Brewer's Bay, with the lights of Road Town twinkling across the water.

  2. Day 2: Salt Island — RMS Rhone Wreck

    Tortola → Salt Island · 8 nm

Morning: Sail to Salt Island and dive the RMS Rhone, the BVI's most famous wreck — a Royal Mail steamer sunk in an 1867 hurricane.

Afternoon: Explore the wreck — the bow section in 80 feet and the stern in 30 feet. The coral-encrusted wreck is teeming with marine life. Visit the salt ponds on the island.

Evening: Dinner aboard anchored off Salt Island. The remoteness and quiet are a wonderful contrast to the main islands.

  3. Day 3: Cooper Island — Beach Club

Salt Island → Cooper Island · 3 nm

Morning: Short sail to Cooper Island, home to the eco-friendly Cooper Island Beach Club.

Afternoon: Snorkel the reef at Cistern Point — one of the best in the BVI. Visit the Beach Club's rum bar and microbrewery.

Evening: Dinner at the Cooper Island Beach Club restaurant, powered by solar energy and serving fresh Caribbean cuisine.

  4. Day 4: Ginger & Fallen Jerusalem

Cooper Island → Ginger Island · 3 nm

Morning: Sail to Ginger Island, an uninhabited island with excellent snorkelling. The reef at Alice in Wonderland is spectacular.

Afternoon: Continue to Fallen Jerusalem, a national park of giant boulders tumbled into the sea. Snorkel among the boulders — the fish life is extraordinary.

Evening: Anchor in the lee of Ginger Island. Dinner aboard with the stars and the sound of the sea.

  5. Day 5: Virgin Gorda to Anegada

    Ginger Island → Anegada · 15 nm

Morning: Sail via Virgin Gorda's North Sound to Anegada, the BVI's flat coral island surrounded by the massive Horseshoe Reef.

Afternoon: Snorkel the Horseshoe Reef — the third-largest barrier reef in the world. Spot flamingos at the salt ponds. Order lobster for dinner.

Evening: Lobster dinner at Wonky Dog, Anegada's best restaurant, on the beach under the stars.

  6. Day 6: Dog Islands — Diving Paradise

    Anegada → Dog Islands · 12 nm

Morning: Sail to the Dog Islands, a group of uninhabited islands with some of the best diving in the BVI.

Afternoon: Dive The Chimney at Great Dog — a dramatic underwater tunnel. Snorkel at George Dog — the coral gardens are pristine.

Evening: Anchor in the lee of Great Dog. Dinner aboard with the sunset over the islands.

  7. Day 7: Return to Tortola

    Dog Islands → Tortola · 10 nm

Morning: Final morning snorkel at the Dogs. Sail back to Tortola, stopping at Marina Cay for a last swim.

Afternoon: Return to Village Cay Marina. Disembark and transfer to Beef Island Airport.

Evening: Or extend your stay at one of the BVI's boutique resorts — Rosewood Little Dix Bay or Oil Nut Bay.
