Bluebnc Founded in Mallorca
Bluebnc is established in Palma de Mallorca as a boutique yacht charter company, initially focusing on day charters and luxury boat rentals in the Balearic Islands. The vision: to bring a digital-first, client-centric approach to an industry still relying on phone calls and faxes.
First Superyacht Charter
Bluebnc arranges its first superyacht charter — a 40-metre Benetti in the Western Mediterranean. This marks the transition from day charters to the global superyacht market. The team grows to 8 professionals across brokerage and operations.
Digital Platform Launch
Launch of the first version of the Bluebnc digital platform, featuring real-time yacht availability, online booking, and virtual yacht tours. During the pandemic, the platform enables remote charter planning when in-person viewings are impossible.
MYBA Membership
Bluebnc Yachting becomes a member of the Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association (MYBA), the industry's most respected professional body. This grants access to the MYBA E-Contract system and the global broker network.
Caribbean Expansion
Opening of charter operations in the Caribbean, with dedicated winter season programmes in the BVI, St Barths, Antigua, and the Bahamas. The fleet grows to 200+ charter yachts worldwide.
Azul Privé Partnership
Bluebnc Yachting becomes the exclusive yachting partner of Azul Privé, the luxury lifestyle membership programme. Members receive priority access to the finest charter yachts and preferential rates across all destinations.
Fort Lauderdale Office
Opening of the Fort Lauderdale office at Marina Mile, establishing a permanent presence in the world's yachting capital. The team grows to 25+ professionals across three offices. Fleet expands to 400+ charter yachts.
AI Concierge & 600+ Fleet
Launch of the AI-powered charter concierge, capable of creating personalised itineraries, matching clients to yachts, and providing instant answers to charter questions. The fleet surpasses 600 charter yachts across 32 destinations.
